It’s a New Year, how will you define it?

One word: Fitabulous!

Millions will make their New Year’s resolutions but only a handful will have the will to actually see them through, which will you be? Maybe Cavett Roberts sums it up best in this famous quote, “Character is the ability to carry out a good resolution long after the excitement of the moment has passed!”

As we plan for all the exciting things in store in 2012, we want to invite you to participate in our “living wall.” This unique mural of sorts, will be installed at both clubs and it will feature our mantra of “Fitabulous!” Your contribution begins by picking up an index card from our front desk staff and jotting down your health/fitness and wellness goals for the coming year, please be sure to include your name and even a photo of yourself or your family. As the year progresses, we encourage you to revisit this wall and update your progress, change your goals and even encourage other club members by posting notes for them alongside their New Year’s resolutions! It should be a lot of FUN to check out the wall and watch our Fitness Family grow and change. . .on their way to defining what makes each of us Fitabulous!

We’re also excited to announce that we’ll be hosting the Chamber of Commerce’s Business After Hours on January 12^th from 5-7 p.m. at our North location! It will be a FUN evening of fitness games, tours, healthy appetizers, door prizes and more, as we welcome the business community to visit our newly remodeled health club at 140 Derby Downs Road.

If you have friends, family or co-workers who missed out on our $1 One Day Only promotion, make sure to spread the word that they can still SAVE by watching the weather – and the COLDER it gets outside, the WARMER the savings will be indoors! Instead of paying the one-time enrollment fee of $50 – they can pay as little as $1 or maybe NOTHING if the temperature dips below zero!
